Habakuk 3:17,18

'Though the fig tree does not blossom, and there be no fruit on the vines; though the product of the olive fail and the field yields no food; though the flock be cut off from the fold & there be no cattle in the stalls;

Yet will I rejoice in the LORD, I will exult in the [victorious] God of my salvation!'
