Hi Anne,
This is one of my favorite Bible verses and one we can cling to when it seems like things that are "not so good" are happening in our lives. Even the times of suffering that God allows to come our way from time to time are meant for our good.

He is always where we're at. In the darkest valley we can know that He is there & protects us, leads us through & gives us the strength we need every moment. He is always Faithful & cares for us more than we will ever know in this life. - Praise His holy Name forever & ever!
