I got the book "Your Body's Many Cries for Water". I have been drinking nearly a gallon a day since. Has helped a lot of my aches and pains. His belief is we are all somewhat dehydrated b/c of drinking coffee, sodas, alcohol, instead of water. I hope this helps you, too.
